If your switch has a management access port, then head to a web browser on a laptop, connect it to the switch's management Access Port with a Cat-5 cable, and enter the switch's management IP address. Once you've logged in to the switch, go to System > Save Configuration and select Restore Default from the menu. After the switch has rebooted, you can open a web browser again and navigate to its default management IP address, which is 192.168.X.XX, and log in with the username and password which come as default settings.
